Roles & Responsibilities

- On-Site Execution: Supervise daily construction tasks, structural RCC work, masonry, plastering, and finishing activities as per approved engineering drawings.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Inspect incoming raw materials, verify steel reinforcement and formwork shuttering before concrete pours, and enforce safety protocols on site.
- Contractor & Labor Supervision: Assign daily work targets to sub-contractors, track labor strength, record physical site measurements, and verify running account (RA) bills.
- Resource & Material Tracking: Monitor daily consumption of materials (cement, steel, sand), track inventory levels to prevent shortages, and strictly control site wastage.
- Technical Problem Solving: Identify layout or structural execution bottlenecks in office and liaise with senior engineers, consultants, and architects to resolve drawing discrepancies.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain the Daily Progress Report (DPR), site registers, measurement books, and concrete pour logs to update project management on milestone tracking.
