We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Female Telecaller / Sales Executive for our residential project 'Parameshwaram' (1 BHK Luxurious Flats) located at Pathardi Vadner Road, Nashik.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential buyers (leads) and brief them about our 1 BHK residential project.
- Build a good rapport with customers, handle queries professionally, and invite them for a Site Visit.
- Maintain proper daily records of calls, feedback, and schedule regular follow-ups with interested clients.

Requirements & Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Marathi and Hindi (Basic English is a plus).
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience in Real Estate calling or general telesales will be preferred. (Fresher candidates with a solid willingness to learn and work hard are also welcome).
