We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant Executive who will manage day-to-day accounting operations, invoicing, and payment follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with accounting tools like Zoho Books and capable of ensuring smooth financial coordination within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Invoicing & Billing
- Create and manage invoices using Zoho Books
- Ensure timely and accurate billing for all clients
- Maintain proper documentation of all invoices
2. Payment Follow-ups & Collections
- Regularly follow up with clients for pending payments
- Coordinate with clients for cheque collections (if required)
- Maintain a structured follow-up system to ensure timely collections
3. Financial Tracking & Reporting
- Prepare invoicing reports and track receivables
- Generate financial reports as required by management
- Monitor outstanding payments and update records regularly
4. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Ensure all accounting data is updated and organized
5. Coordination with CA
- Assist the Chartered Accountant in financial tasks
- Provide required data and reports for compliance and audits
- Support in tax filings and statutory requirements when needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
- Good understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in agency or service-based business accounting
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic compliance
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
