Job Overview

The Kitchen Helper plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day cloud kitchen operations across Rebel Foods' multi-brand portfolio. This role focuses on assisting in basic food preparation, maintaining strict kitchen hygiene and sanitation, packing customer orders, and managing inventory following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Assembly:

- Prepare orders in strict accordance with company SOPs and brand guidelines.
- Handle basic preparation tasks: washing, peeling, chopping, and batch-prepping ingredients (vegetables, meats, sauces).
- Refill station ingredients and assembly lines to ensure seamless operations during peak order hours.

Order Dispatch & Packaging:

- Package food items accurately and securely for online delivery orders.
- Verify items against digital order tickets to avoid missing or wrong items.

Hygiene & Sanitation:

- Wash, sanitize, and store kitchen equipment, utensils, and cookware properly.
- Keep work tables, cooking stations, deep fryers, ovens, and cold storage areas clean and sanitized.




- Handle daily waste disposal and transparent garbage bins according to food safety guidelines.

Inventory & Stock Management:

- Unload supply chain deliveries and organize stock in cold storage and dry storage areas.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) stock rotation principles.
- Assist kitchen supervisors with daily/weekly stock counts.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Minimum 10th Pass (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply).
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in a quick-service restaurant (QSR), cloud kitchen, hotel, or food service setup.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long hours, handle heat in the kitchen, and lift heavy food inventory boxes.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work rotational shifts, night shifts, weekends, and festival holidays.
- Grooming & Hygiene: Strict compliance with personal hygiene, uniform rules, and food safety standards (wearing hairnets, aprons, and gloves).
