We are looking for a responsible Caretaker to stay at and look after ourproperty.
Responsibilities:
- General cleaning of the premises
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the building and common areas
- Opening and closing the gate at scheduled times
- Ensuring the premises remain secure
- Looking after the overall upkeep of the building
- Reporting any maintenance, safety, or security issues to the owner
- Any knowledge or experience in hospitality will be a plus
Accommodation will be provided.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Honest and trustworthy
- Responsible and reliable
- Comfortable with a live-in position
- Able to take care of the property independently
