The candidate should have experience handling customers over the telephone and in person meetings. He/she should also be smart enough to get outstanding payments cleared. The candidate must have a good command of computers and Excel, with some knowledge of accounting. We use MARG ERP for our everyday operations, so we expect the candidate to quickly learn and adapt to using the software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer communication over telephone and through in-person meetings
- Follow up with clients and ensure timely clearance of outstanding payments
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and vendors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Enter purchase invoices and generate sales bills in MARG ERP
- Maintain expiry details of products in Excel sheets
- Generate e-way bills for goods movement
- Assist with reconciliation of GST returns
- Coordinate with the accounts team for billing, invoicing, and payment reconciliation




- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions using MARG ERP

Soft skills — negotiation skills, persistence for follow-ups, professional telephone etiquette

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role (industry experience in FMCG, pharma, or wellness/Ayurvedic products preferred)
- Good command over computers, particularly MS Excel
- Working knowledge of accounting, invoicing, and GST processes
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn and work on MARG ERP software
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Positive negotiation and follow-up skills, especially for payment recovery
- Own vehicle preferred for client visits (if applicable)

Qualifications:

- Graduate (Commerce background preferred)
