We are looking for a responsible and energetic Store & Operations Manager who can manage day-to-day store activities, handle customer orders and coordinate with our production team to ensure orders are completed and dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the store/showroom.
- Attend customers and understand their product requirements.
- Explain products, pricing, sizes, customisation options and timelines.
- Take and maintain customer orders accurately.
- Coordinate confirmed orders with the production team.
- Follow up with karigars and production staff for timely completion.
- Track pending, ongoing and completed orders.
- Coordinate customisation requirements between customers and production.
- Maintain basic stock/inventory records.
- Check finished products for quantity and basic quality before dispatch.
- Coordinate packing and dispatch of completed orders.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments and deliveries.
- Maintain order records on Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding sales, production and pending orders.




- Handle day-to-day operational issues independently.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 2–5 years preferred.
- Experience in retail, wedding décor, furniture, furnishings, handicrafts, home décor or made-to-order products will be preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.
- Should be organised and comfortable handling multiple orders simultaneously.
- Should be confident coordinating with workers/karigars and customers.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Most importantly, should be responsible, proactive and willing to take ownership of work.

Customer Enquiry → Order Confirmation → Production Follow-up → Quality Check → Dispatch

The person will work closely with the management and gradually take ownership of the everyday store and order operations at House of Sunehri.
