Store Manager

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store and ensure smooth coordination with customers, staff, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall store operations and daily activities.
- Handle customer complaints, queries, and order-related issues professionally.
- Coordinate with clients regarding defective, incorrect, or problematic merchandise and arrange returns/replacements when required.
- Communicate with suppliers and coordinate the return or exchange of goods.
- Maintain proper records of sales, stock, returns, exchanges, and pending issues.
- Ensure orders are processed and dispatched accurately and on time.
- Supervise staff and delegate daily responsibilities.




- Resolve operational issues independently and ensure problems are handled efficiently.
- Maintain valuable relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Take responsibility for ensuring the store runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in store management, retail, wholesale, or a similar role.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customers and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and order management.
- Ability to take ownership and manage responsibilities independently.
