This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with guests, maintaining a premium hospitality experience, and serving quality beverages in a professional environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve coffee and beverages to guests in a polite and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the lounge area
- Welcome and assist residents, visitors, and clients
- Ensure premium service standards and positive guest experience
- Support during meetings, events, and lounge activities
Candidate Requirements
- Positive communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
- Well-groomed and presentable personality
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly behavior
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
- Hospitality, café, retail, hotel, aviation, or customer service background preferred
