Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for staffing employees.

Handle monthly payroll calculations, salary processing, deductions, and adjustments.

Process and maintain manual payroll entries accurately.

Verify attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, and other payroll inputs.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely payroll inputs and approvals.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of PF, ESI, PT, LWF and other statutory compliances.

Prepare statutory returns, challans, and payroll-related reports.

Maintain accurate employee and payroll records for deployed staffing employees.

Handle payroll queries and resolve employee salary-related concerns.

Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Accounts teams for payroll processing.

Support payroll audits and provide required reports and documentation.





Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Maintain confidentiality of employee salary and payroll information.

Required Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll Operations, preferably in the Staffing/Manpower industry.

Strong knowledge of staffing payroll and statutory compliance.

Hands-on experience in manual payroll entries and payroll calculations.

Good knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, LWF and other statutory requirements.

Experience handling payroll for a large employee workforce will be an advantage.

Good knowledge of attendance and salary reconciliation.

Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large payroll data.

Robust attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage payroll within strict timelines.
