Computer Hardware Engineer – Field Job Job Type: Full-Time | Field Job

Location: C-Scheme, Jaipur

Experience: 2–4 Years

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

- Visit client locations for hardware installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve computer, printer, networking, and peripheral hardware issues.
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, CCTV, and other IT equipment.
- Handle hardware replacement, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic networking issues.
- Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, software, and system applications.
- Maintain records of service visits, repairs, installations, and replaced hardware.
- Coordinate with the internal technical team and provide timely updates on field issues.
- Provide basic technical support and guidance to clients.




- Travel to client sites as required for service and support.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of networking and LAN/Wi-Fi configuration.
- Knowledge of Windows installation and software configuration.
- Ability to identify and resolve hardware and connectivity issues.
- Valuable communication and client-handling skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and local travel.
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
- Preferred 2–4 years of experience in hardware/networking field support.
- Candidates with experience in IT support, AMC services, networking, or computer hardware maintenance will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
