- Handle incoming customer/dealer calls and enquiries on interior & hardware products
- Call existing customers to generate repeat orders and follow up on enquiries
- Follow up daily on quotations, orders, and payment collections
- Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team
- Update call details and daily reports accurately in Excel/CRM
Requirements:
- Valuable communication and persuasive skills
- Pleasant, patient telephone manner
- Tamil mandatory; English/Hindi added advantage
- 12th/Diploma preferred
