Job Role:

- Register customers and help them download & use the company app.
- Explain insurance plans and generate insurance sales.
- Recruit, guide,



and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents.
- Help your team stay active and achieve around 90% monthly activity.
- Follow up with customers and insurance leads provided by the company.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and submit basic work reports.
