Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Digital Sales Executive to manage customer enquiries, generate sales through digital channels, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital sales, telecalling, customer service, ecommerce sales, or apparel sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media and other digital channels.
- Generate and convert leads into sales through telecalling, digital sales and ecommerce platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with leads and customers to improve conversion and repeat sales.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer support.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and order-related issues professionally.




- Coordinate with the sales, ecommerce and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
- Maintain daily records of leads, calls, follow-ups and sales.
- Support promotional campaigns and digital sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Digital Sales, Ecommerce Sales, Apparel Sales, Telemarketing / Telecalling, Customer Service / Customer Support, Customer Relationship Management, Domestic or International BPO.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English and Telugu
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and digital platforms.
- Basic computer and CRM skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Experience in fashion, apparel, textile or ecommerce sales will be an added advantage.
