Job Overview

We are looking for a Property Surveyor to conduct on-ground surveys and verification of properties listed for bank auctions under SARFAESI, IBC and other recovery proceedings. The role involves collecting accurate property information, assessing site conditions, verifying documents, and providing detailed survey reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct physical site visits for bank auction properties across assigned locations.
- Verify property location, address, dimensions, area, access, boundaries and surrounding development.
- Capture photographs, videos, GPS coordinates and site observations.
- Verify the physical status, occupancy and possession status of the property.
- Identify and report any encroachment, unauthorized construction, access issues or other site-level concerns.
- Interact with borrowers, occupants, neighbours, security personnel, bank officials and local authorities, wherever required.
- Collect relevant information regarding property usage, tenancy, possession and market surroundings.




- Maintain proper records of all site visits, photographs, documents and survey findings.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate / Diploma in any field preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in property surveying, real estate, banking, field verification or recovery services.
- Valuable knowledge of local areas, property identification and basic property terminology.
- Comfortable using Google Maps, GPS and mobile applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to submit accurate reports within timelines.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
