Role & responsibilities

1. *Operations Management*

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.

2. *Staff Supervision*

Manage, train, and schedule Waiters, Captains, Cooks, Helpers and other staff. Monitor attendance and performance.

3. *Customer Service*

Welcome guests, handle customer complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

4. *Sales & Finance*

Achieve daily/weekly sales targets. Handle billing, cash management, and POS operations.

5. *Quality & Hygiene*

Maintain food quality, hygiene standards, cleanliness, and FSSAI compliance as per A2B standards.

6. *Inventory Management*

Monitor stock levels, place orders for raw materials, and minimize food wastage.

7. *Reporting*

Prepare and submit daily sales reports, staff reports, and inventory reports to Head Office.

8. *Team Leadership*

Motivate the team, resolve conflicts, and create a positive work workplace.

Preferred candidate profile

8 to 15 Years of Experience in south indian restaurant is must
