Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Compensation Planning, People Analytics, and Integration Center. The ideal candidate should possess solid implementation and support experience across SuccessFactors modules, analytics, reporting, and integrations. The role involves working closely with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable HR transformation solutions.

- Experience with XML configurations and templates
- End-to-end SuccessFactors implementation/support experience

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SuccessFactors Compensation Planning processes.
- Design compensation templates, worksheets, budget allocation, eligibility rules, and compensation cycles.
- Develop and maintain People Analytics dashboards, reports, and workforce insights.
- Create and manage Integration Center interfaces for inbound and outbound integrations.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SuccessFactors solutions.
- Perform system configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot integration and reporting issues.
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy requirements.

Experience Requirements

- 6 to 11 years of overall SAP HR/HCM experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant SuccessFactors experience.
- Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation project.
- Experience supporting global HR transformation programs.
