Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and contract hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, negotiating, and closing IT positions across various technologies and levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.

- Manage contract hiring processes.

- Understand technical job requirements and source candidates through various channels (Job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc.).

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screenings.





- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback.

- Negotiate salary, rates, and manage offer rollouts.

- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers.

- Ensure timely closures within defined TAT.

- Build and maintain solid candidate relationships.

- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and documentation processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in End-to-End IT Recruitment.

- Strong experience in Contract Staffing / Contract Hiring.

- Good understanding of IT technologies and roles.

- Experience working on job portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Experience Required

- 1 to 5+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.

- Experience in handling Contract hiring is mandatory.
