We are looking for a Specialist – Talent Acquisition with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly within the Automotive/Technical Hiring domain.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and professional networks
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage salary negotiations and ensure quality hiring
• Maintain daily submissions, MIS, recruitment reports, and ATS updates

What We’re Looking For:
4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition




Strong hands-on experience in Automotive Technical Recruitment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
Good understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle
