- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
- Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as revenue cycle management (RCM) staff to ensure timely resolution of patient account balances.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, providers, and insurance companies.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in an AR calling role or similar position in the healthcare industry.
- Solid knowledge of medical billing processes, including RCM principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting productivity targets.
