Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand technical requirements and prepare effective search strategies.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job fit.
- Conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
- Shortlist and submit relevant profiles to clients or hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers/databases.
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, documentation, and offer processes.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
- Maintain solid candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Meet recruitment targets, turnaround time (TAT), and quality benchmarks.
- Stay updated on IT technologies, market trends, salary levels, and talent availability.
