Role & responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Employee Central incidents, service requests, and system issues.
- Manage configuration changes related to Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, and Workflows.
- Support employee lifecycle processes including Hire, Rehire, Transfer, Promotion, and Termination.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Advantages, and IT teams for issue resolution.
- Configure and maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Monitor system integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP/non-SAP applications.
- Support release management activities and quarterly SuccessFactors upgrades.
- Execute data loads using Import tools and monitor scheduled jobs.
- Prepare functional specifications, support documentation, and knowledge articles.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and support governance processes.
