- Elastic Stack experience, specifically Elastic Synthetics and Kibana
- Strong JavaScript (Node.js) skills for writing synthetic / journey scripts
- Hands-on experience in synthetic monitoring setup and maintenance
- Good understanding of web technologies:
- HTTP / HTTPS
- REST APIs
- Browser-based automation
- Experience with monitoring and observability concepts
- Ability to analyze monitoring data to identify performance and availability issues
- Experience configuring alerts and dashboards in Elastic Observability
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
