Role & responsibilities

* Supervise daily interior site activities.

* Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and labour.

* Read and execute work as per 2D drawings.

* Guide carpenters and other workers according to the drawings.

* Monitor work quality and project progress.

* Check and receive site materials.

* Maintain labour attendance and daily work records.

* Take site measurements whenever required.

* Capture daily site photos/videos and submit progress updates.

* Ensure site cleanliness and safeguard project materials.

* Report site issues and material shortages immediately.

* Ensure work is completed on time and as per company standards.

* Be punctual, responsible, and maintain professional behaviour.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Degree (Civil or Interior preferred).




- 13 years of experience in interior site supervision or execution.
- Basic knowledge of interior materials and execution.
- Ability to read 2D drawings and take site measurements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to travel to project sites.
- Must be punctual, responsible, and committed to quality.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.

Smartphone is mandatory for daily reporting.
