Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve patient billing issues, denials, and payment posting.
- Coordinate with hospital administration team to ensure accurate and timely processing of patient accounts.
- Identify areas for improvement in the revenue cycle management process and implement changes to increase efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

- 1-6 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Solid knowledge of accounts receivable caller functions, including denials management and appeals process.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity levels.
