Development Associates, playing a key role in driving admissions and expanding our reach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct fieldwork to identify and generate leads for admissions, meeting set daily

targets.

- Call collected leads to provide information about the school and invite them to visit the

branch.

- Persuade and guide prospective parents during branch visits, ensuring a positive

experience.

- Collaborate with the admissions team to successfully convert leads into confirmed

admissions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, addressing their queries and

concerns effectively.

Qualifications:

- Educational Qualification: Any graduate.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations is a plus, but not mandatory.

Skills and Traits:





- Extrovert personality with a flair for interpersonal interactions.
- Strong communication and convincing skills to inspire confidence in the schools

vision.

- Proactive, energetic, and target-driven mindset.
- Effective follow-up skills to ensure potential leads are nurtured and converted.
- WORKING DAYS: 6 Days per Week (Including Saturday and Sunday)
- WORKING HOURS: 08 hours and 30 Minutes
