We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in .NET, Cloud and distributed microservices architecture, ideally in financial or transaction-intensive systems.

Key Requirements:

- Strong experience designing and building distributed microservices in production.
- Good understanding of DDD, bounded contexts, service ownership and microservices trade-offs.
- Hands-on experience with Event-Driven Architecture using RabbitMQ / MassTransit or similar messaging platforms.
- Strong understanding of idempotency, duplicate message handling, retries, poison messages and eventual consistency.
- Experience with resilience patterns timeouts, circuit breakers, failure isolation and retry strategies.
- Understanding of performance, scalability, throughput and caching strategies.
- Strong observability and production troubleshooting skills, including OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing.
- Solid communication skills with the ability to explain architectural decisions and trade-offs clearly.

Preferred: Experience working on financial services, payments, banking or other high-volume transaction systems.
