- Deliver high standards of performance, stability, backward compatibility, and developer experience across the Serverless Framework and backend APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).
- Robust debugging and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying root causes rather than just addressing symptoms.
- Experience with services common to serverless architectures, such as API gateway
- Experience in managing, securing, and optimizing an organization's data within cloud-based storage platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, Azure
- Should have managed IAM (Identity and Access Management) roles and permissions for your application's service accounts and users to ensure secure and controlled access to other GCP services and resources.
- Support with 24x7 operations (Rotational Shifts)
- Own and resolve technical cases end-to-end
- Ensure accurate documentation.
- Meet defined SLAs and quality benchmarks while handling customer communications.
