Minimum 7 Yrs Experience in Mulitple Store FMCG Inventory Experience

Preferably any regulary Degree with Ecommerce Experience

Preferably male Canidadate in Chennai Willing to Travel

Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct daily briefings with the Inventory Associate and Inventory Executives to review daily activities.

2. Oversee Regional BL Inventory metrics: Fill Rate, Write-offs, Stock Updates, Inventory Accuracy, Cycle count adherence, and Customer Complaints.

3. Verify the accuracy of inventory accounting transactions.

4. Conduct regular inventory checks and reconciliations.

5. Conduct weekly Inventory metrics reviews across all LOBs

6. Standardize planograms across all LOBs.

7. Ensure 100% adherence to inventory hygiene checks, including Bin Audits, FIFO Checks, Cycle Counts, Display Standards, and timely replenishment.

8. Efficiently manage resources.

9. Track near expiry and DOH (Days on Hand) and take timely action.

10. Liaise with inter-functional departments: Projects, HR, B&M;, IT, Inbound & Outbound teams.

11. Accountable for asset management for all BLs, movable and fixed assets in the region.

12. Ensure compliance and adherence to inventory processes.

Conduct wall-to-wall Inventory Audits for all BLs in the region as per the schedule shared by the Central SCM Inventory.

14. Adhere to Returns Management processes.

15. Improve resource efficiency for Stackers & Inventory resources.

16. Evaluate resources and build leadership skills to ensure team performance.

17. Be involved in the implementation of recent initiatives.

18. Ensure no surprises in the inventory management process.

19. Conduct data analysis and take corrective actions on deviations.

20. Check and take corrective action against Inventory Related Daily Incident reports, conduct root cause analysis, and develop action plans for non-occurrence.

21. Identify any Surprise in the system, during audits and take action for non-occurrence
