Job Title: Nursing Incharge for our centre

Location: ECR,Chennai

Salary : Upto - 5.4 Lacs+Accomodation+Extra benefits

Role Type: Full-time

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Nursing Incharge to lead the nursing team for our Centre in Whitefield. The role involves supervising day-to-day nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with clinical standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all nursing activities (Team Handling)at Centre.
- Supervise and guide nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and care standards.
- Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage shift schedules for nursing staff.
- Monitor patient care plans, vital signs, and treatment adherence.




- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of medical records.
- Conduct training, mentoring, and performance evaluation of nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and healthcare regulations.
- Address patient and family concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing with valid registration.
- Minimum 4-9 years of clinical experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in ICU, geriatric, or long-term care preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies and critical situations effectively.
