Job Title: Cyber Security Manager

Experience: 10 to 12 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage Cyber Security teams across SOC, GRC, and Security Engineering.
- Oversee Security Operations, including Incident Detection, Incident Response, and SIEM monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA and HITRUST, (mandatory).
- Drive Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) initiatives, risk assessments, audits, and security policies.
- Support Security Engineering activities, including security tools, controls, and automation.
- Manage team performance, workforce planning, coaching, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure timely delivery of cybersecurity initiatives while maintaining SLA and operational excellence.

Mandatory Skills:

- 10 to12 years of Cyber Security experience.
- 3 to5 years of people management experience, handling teams of 5to 10 members.




- Strong experience in SOC Operations (Incident Detection, Incident Response, SIEM).
- Hands-on experience with GRC frameworks and regulatory compliance.
- HIPAA and HITRUST experience is mandatory.
- Good understanding of Security Engineering concepts, security tools, automation, and security controls.
- Experience working in a matrix organization is preferred.

Work Details:

- Shift: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM
- Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days Work From Office) Hyderabad only no relocation case except vaild reason not there
