Conduct field research, maintain databases, and track market trends to support real estate analysis, including data collection, stacking plans, and occupier movement monitoring.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Daily visit office buildings, malls and high streets, and warehouses for the collection of data
- Desktop research to data mine government websites for relevant data
- Maintain an updated database of upcoming buildings
- Preparation of stacking plans
- Track movement of large occupiers
- Skills Required
- Basic knowledge about MS Word and MS Excel
- Two two-wheeler must
- Ability to travel to different parts of the city
