Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Legal & Commercial Manager to manage legal, commercial, and contractual activities across our software products, IT services, professional services, managed services, and customer engagements. The role will work closely with Sales, Delivery, Product, Finance, and Management teams.

Responsibilities

- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage customer, partner, vendor, and supplier contracts.
- Handle MSAs, SOWs, SaaS & Software License Agreements, Support Agreements, NDAs, and Partner Agreements.
- Support Sales teams with commercial negotiations, pricing, liabilities, warranties, and service commitments.
- Identify and mitigate contractual, commercial, and legal risks.
- Support RFPs, RFIs, product commercialization, licensing, and partnership agreements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and data privacy requirements.
- Protect the company's intellectual property and licensing rights and coordinate with external legal advisors when required.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor s degree in Law, Business, Commerce, or a related field.




- 4+ years of experience in legal, commercial, or contract management.
- Strong experience in contract drafting, review, negotiation, and commercial risk assessment.
- Experience working with IT services, enterprise software, SaaS, or technology contracts.
- Robust understanding of commercial terms, contractual obligations, and business risk.
