We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler with strong skills in designing data models and supporting analytics solutions. The candidate should be able to understand business requirements and convert them into effective data structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Design logical and physical data models
- Translate business requirements into data solutions
- Develop dimensional models (Star Schema, Snowflake, 3NF)
- Ensure data quality and consistency
- Perform data profiling and validation
- Create data dictionaries and ER diagrams
- Work with business and technical teams
- Mentor junior team members
Required Skills
- Experience with ERwin or similar data modeling tools
- Strong SQL / NoSQL knowledge
- Relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle)
- Azure Synapse / Databricks / Cloud exposure
- ETL and analytics data modeling
- API data handling (REST, JSON, XML)
Valuable to Have
- Gen AI exposure
- BFSI domain experience
