- Handle full recruitment cycle for IT positions
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and LinkedIn
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates
- Follow up till offer release and onboarding
- Maintain candidate and client data
Requirements
- 2 to 6 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment
- Good knowledge of IT technologies and roles
- Experience with job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.)
- Robust communication and coordination skills
