Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Immigration cum US HR Specialist to manage the end-to-end U.S. work visa/immigration process for employees and consultants, while also handling core HR functions for the U.S. workforce. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with H-1B, GC, and other work authorization processes, combined with a solid understanding of US HR compliance and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end U.S. immigration case processing (H-1B, H-1B Transfer, H-4, L-1, TN, OPT/CPT, Green Card PERM, I-140, I-485)
- Coordinate with attorneys/law firms for petition filing, RFEs, and documentation
- Track visa expiration dates, extensions, and renewals; maintain compliance calendars




- Prepare and review LCA (Labor Condition Application) filings and Public Access Files (PAF)
- Ensure compliance with USCIS, DOL, and DHS regulations
- Maintain accurate immigration case trackers and status reports for management
- Advise employees on visa options, timelines, and documentation requirements
- Liaise with candidates/consultants regarding visa status during onboarding
- Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, background checks, and offboarding

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience working with an IT staffing/consulting firm
- Prior experience coordinating directly with immigration attorneys
- Knowledge of PERM/Green Card processing
