- 15 to 18 years of overall BPO/Shared Services experience with strong Finance Accounting exposure
- 1013+ years of FA experience, preferably across OTC, PTP,and RTR processes
- Strong experience in end-to-end Finance Accounting operations management
- Good knowledge of SAP/Oracle ERP and US GAAP
- Experience managing SLA, KPI, productivity, quality, TAT, DSO,DPO, and ageing metrics
- Strong client management, governance, escalation handling, andstakeholder management skills
- Proven people leadership experience with responsibility for largeteams and performance management
- Experience driving process improvement, Lean/Six Sigma,automation, RPA, and AI initiatives
- Good understanding of Generative AI/Agentic AI tools such as Claude,Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot
- Robust PL ownership, reporting, presentation, communication,and willingness to work in night shifts
