Roles Responsibilities;
- Own the delivery of Data Analytics engagements across 1-2 workstreams
- Lead, mentor,and grow a team of Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates - driving performance, capability building, and culture
- Maintain hands-on involvement in Data architecture, BI Reporting (tableau), and AgenticAI solution design
- Define and evolve the practice's AI strategy champion adoption of enterprise-gradeagentic solutions
- Track and translate technology trends - particularly in Agentic AI, into actionablepractice roadmap items;
- Skill Set; Robust SQL expertise with ability to review, govern and guide complex implementations
- Experience in BI Reporting / Tableau, including enterprise-level governance, performancestandards and rollout
- Strategic exposure to Generative AI / Agentic AI initiatives and enterprise AI use cases
- Strong client leadership and stakeholder management skills across complex environments
