Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have**
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5) Strong product expertise across SAP Ariba modules such as Buying & Guided Buying and Ariba Business Network.
Hands on experience with end to end Ariba project implementation and production support on cloud.
Proficient in Ariba Guided Buying: tile setup, landing pages, policy and template/form configuration.
Skilled in configuring approval workflows, Ariba Analytics dashboards, and public reports.
Solid experience in Ariba Administration, Web Services, API and Master Data Management.
Strong capability to perform impact analysis, process assessment, and solution design.
Working knowledge of CIG Configuration, PI/PO or CPI, and AribaSAP ECC or S/4 integration flows.
Excellent debugging of function/method BADI, testing, and root-cause analysis skills.
Effective in coordinating with global stakeholders and cross functional team
Valuable-to-Have 1.SAP Ariba or Procurement related certifications will have preference.
2.Experience with AI procurement orchestration platforms such as Oro Labs is an added advantage
3.Experience of designing and/or operating SOx controls is a plus
4.Experience in working as DSC (Designated Support Contact), Raising SR for critical issues and tracking it until closure.
SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Should work invidually with out any assistance and open to learn recent technologies
2 Should be able to administer Ariba and its master data management.
3 Working closely with leads, architects and senior functional consultants
4 Training junior associates and business users as in when required
5 Setting up new configuration within Ariba cloud solution and guided buying.
