We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend development using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building scalable, resilient, and high-performance backend systems while also possessing working experience in up-to-date frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
Approximately 70-80% of the role will focus on backend engineering, API development, system integration, and cloud-native microservices, while the remaining work will involve frontend development and UI integration.
Key Responsibilities
Backend Development (Primary Focus)
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java 8/11/17+ and Spring Boot.
- Build and enhance Microservices-based architectures following cloud-native design principles.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
- Implement security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms using industry best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Work with messaging and event-driven architectures using technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.
- Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with high unit test coverage.
Frontend Development (Secondary Focus)
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js or Angular.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to implement intuitive user experiences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues.
Collaboration & DevOps
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, QA, Architects, and DevOps engineers.
- Support CI/CD implementation and deployment activities.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers where required.
