We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level ServiceNow platforms across multiple modules.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and platform design
- Build scalable multi-module and multi-tenant environments
- Define CMDB strategy, data models, and governance
- Design and implement integrations using APIs and eBonding
- Drive ITOM, ITAM, and FSM implementations
- Ensure platform standards, security, and best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams
