Role & responsibilities

- Handle AR calling for US Healthcare accounts.
- Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid and denied claims.
- Analyze claim denials and take appropriate action for resolution.
- Work on Denials Management and ensure timely follow-up of outstanding claims.
- Review claim status, identify reasons for non-payment and initiate corrective action.
- Maintain proper documentation of all calls and follow-up activities.
- Achieve assigned productivity and quality targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in AR Calling - US Healthcare.
- Strong experience in Denials Management is required.
- Hospital Billing experience will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of US Healthcare RCM and insurance follow-up.
- Valuable communication and analytical skills.
- Candidates should be flexible to work in Evening Shift.
- Notice period candidates can be considered.
- Work Location: Hyderabad.
- Salary: Up to 7.5 LPA.
