- Certified optometrist with relevant educational qualification
- Good knowledge of lens materials, optical measurements and eye testing
- Valuable communication in Hindi as well as English
- Escalation handling
- Knowledge of dispense glasses, contact lenses, or other optical products
- Conduct refractions to determine the correct prescription.
- Handling the technical and critical issues calls
- Address correct information with stores
- Root cause analysis of technical and critical issues
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Identifying the increased issues and suggest a solve for it
