Job Description:

We are looking for candidates with good English and Hindi communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls per day.

Handle customer queries related to banking products such as credit cards and loans.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.

Communicate with customers in English and Hindi.

Handle customer interactions professionally under pressure.
