A PMT Coordinator is a key role within Product management team, responsible for defining the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and executing initiatives to successfully launch and promote products to customers. This role bridges the gap between product development and sales/marketing teams, ensuring that the product meets market needs and is positioned effectively.

Market Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competition.

Identify target customer segments and create buyer personas to guide product positioning.

Product Launch:

Plan and execute product launches, including setting explicit launch goals and timelines.
