IT Manager Infrastructure, Network & Security

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall IT infrastructure and operations across multiple locations.
- Manage LAN/WAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches and firewalls.
- Manage Windows/Linux servers, VMware, cloud infrastructure, backup and disaster recovery.
- Ensure cybersecurity, endpoint protection, vulnerability management and access controls.
- Manage ERP/business application infrastructure, IT systems and connectivity.
- Oversee IP Telephony, PABX, CCTV, access control and communication systems.
- Lead IT infrastructure projects, digital transformation, upgrades and system migrations.
- Develop and implement IT policies, SOPs, backup, DR and business continuity plans.
- Manage IT budget, CAPEX/OPEX, software licenses, hardware assets and AMC contracts.
- Manage and negotiate with vendors, ISPs and technology partners.
- Establish and monitor IT SLA,



uptime, security and service-performance KPIs.
- Lead, mentor and develop the IT team and ensure effective helpdesk/user support.
- Conduct regular IT infrastructure audits, risk assessments and capacity planning.
- Provide technology recommendations to management for cost optimization, scalability and business growth.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Applications or equivalent.
- 0715+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network & Security.
- Solid enterprise networking and cybersecurity experience.
- Experience managing multi-site IT operations and technical teams.
- Strong vendor, project and IT budget-management skills.
- CCIE/CCNP/CCNA, MCSE, Fortinet, VMware or ITIL certification preferred.
