Responsibilities:

HR Operations Onboarding

- Own day-to-day HR operations,



including end-to-end employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities with minimal supervision.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and documentation on the HRMS platform.
- Support periodic audits of employment records, contracts, and personnel files as per a regular review schedule.

Reporting Process Support

- Maintain HR MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards for leadership and internal use.
- Prepare and share timely recruitment and onboarding reports with hiring managers.
- Contribute to market research and support the rollout of new HR processes and initiatives.

AI Automation in HR Operations

- Use AI tools in daily HR work - drafting communications, automating MIS/tracker updates, and summarising feedback - to cut manual effort.
- Identify repetitive HR processes for automation and pilot solutions with the Head - HR.
- Stay current on AI-driven HR tools (screeners, chatbots) and bring ideas for smarter operations.

Engagement, LD Compliance

- Support employee engagement activities and coordinate LD programmes (technical and soft skills) across departments.
- Provide cross-functional HR support spanning recruitment, compliance, and reporting as needed.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, statutory compliance, and information security standards across all HR touchpoints.





Candidate Profile:

- 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist / HR Shared Services / HR Administration.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and onboarding processes.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS, HR MIS, Excel, dashboards, and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and data-management skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Technology and AI mindset with willingness to experiment with new tools and automation.
- Good understanding of HR policies, compliance, and employee data confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
