FOG (Future of Gaming) is a rapidly growing tech company led by IIT alumni, focused on building cutting-edge real world games for the amusement industry. Think games like next-gen laser tags, laser mazes, etc. Our games are live at 150+ locations across 15+ countries.

Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for technical roles, including Electrical, Mechanical, and Software Engineering.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Organize and maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Engineering background is a plus (B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent).
- Proven experience in hiring for engineering and design roles such as Electronics, Electrical, Software Engineering and Game Design.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
- Excellent english communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
