Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage Bancassurance channel sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue growth.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive business opportunities and expand product offerings.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of insurance products into banking services.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy development.

- Provide training and support to bank employees on insurance products, policies, and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in Bancassurance or related field (insurance industry).

- Solid understanding of Life Insurance products and their applications.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship-building with banks and customers.

- Ability to analyze data-driven insights from MIS reports to optimize sales strategies.
