Preparation of General Arrangement Drawings (GADs)
Mark signage locations on architectural plans
Coordinate sign codes with approved schedules
Coordinate with architects, interior designers and production vendors for Drawings
Assist in preparing BOQs
Role & responsibilities Technical Experience 25 years of experience producing shop drawings specifically within the Signage, Architectural Metalwork, or Steel Fabrication industries.
Structural Knowledge Solid understanding of steel framing, sheet metal bending, structural welding standards, and concrete foundation mechanics.
Material Familiarity Hands-on knowledge of ACP, Acrylic, Mild Steel (MS), Stainless Steel (SS), Flex Face, and LED illumination hardware.
Education Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architectural Drafting.
CAD Software Mastery Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Inventor (CorelDraw or Rhino is a plus).
